You are cordially invited to sponsor and/or exhibit at the NJSAE/DVSAE Annual Conference & Exhibition, to be held on December 9 and 10 once again at Caesars Atlantic City.  Conference attendees will be treated to a very special evening reception under the stars at The Pool at Harrah’s.  The Atlantic City Convention & Visitors Authority is generously providing shuttles to take us to Harrah’s from Caesars. Our thanks to ACCVA and Harrah’s Entertainment for hosting the Conference again this year.

The theme of the conference is Focus on YOUR Future and the joint Conference Committee has added more education sessions this year for association professionals and industry supplier exhibitors will also have additional time to meet with conference attendees.

Conference Features:

• Due to the success of past conferences, NJSAE will be partnering with DVSAE, association executives from Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley.

• Association professionals and exhibitors from both associations will benefit from this regional, collaborative effort to bring together the best in educational programs as well as great networking opportunities.
  

• Caesars Atlantic City will host this year’s conference. We’re excited about visiting this venue, where they have first-class facilities and professional and experienced staff to make sure our event runs smoothly. Caesars Atlantic City is located steps from the beach and the boardwalk, which has an eclectic mix of shops and international restaurants. We have a very special conference room rate of $65 per night. Atlantic City with its new shopping, dining, and entertainment districts is the place to go!

About Past Conferences:

• Registrations have averaged 240 at past conferences, and included “movers and shakers” from the New Jersey and Delaware Valley association community (Click Here to get a list of past attendees) .

• Attendees at the trade show were decision makers within their organizations -- CEOs, Executive Directors, Presidents, Financial Managers, Meeting Planners, Membership Directors, Information Specialists, Association Management Companies, and service providers to the association market.

• The exhibit format provides quality time with your target audience and an opportunity to interact one-on-one.

• You will be able to attract new clients, cement relations with current clients, and display your latest products or services.

• In addition, you will determine new and emerging trends in the association industry. Functions in the exhibition hall will ensure participation in the trade show portion of the conference.

Overnight Accommodations/Directions:

Caesars is offering attendees a very special rate of $65 per night for single/double occupancy with an upgrade to the Centurion Tower.

Reservations should be made directly with Caesars by calling 1-800-345-7253 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, before November 18, 2009.

Be sure to indicate that you are with the NJSAE/DVSAE Conference & Exhibition by providing the reservation code GCNJSAE. Availability of rooms and special rates are not guaranteed after November 18th. Directions to Caesars are available on their website, www.caesarsac.com.

EXHIBIT REGISTRATION FEES

Booth Registration includes: 8’ x 10’ pipe-and-drape exhibit booth; six-foot draped table; two chairs; booth sign with company name; and listing in program book. It also includes full event registration for two representatives at the Networking Reception, Breakfast with Keynote Speaker, Buffet Luncheon, and admission to Education Sessions.

Booth Fees: Includes Two Representatives

• Regular NJSAE/DVSAE Member Rate: $850
• Non-NJSAE/DVSAE Member Rate: $950
  

Tabletop Registration includes: six-foot draped table; side-by-side. It also includes full event registration for one representative at the Networking Reception, Breakfast with Keynote Speaker, Buffet Luncheon, and admission to Education Sessions.

Tabletop Fees: Includes One Representative

• Regular NJSAE/DVSAE Member Rate: $550
  
• Non-NJSAE/DVSAE Member Rate: $650
  

The Exhibition Registration for each Additional Company Representative is $99 for NJSAE/DVSAE Members and $199 for Non-NJSAE/DVSAE Members (with a maximum of 4 representatives per 8’ x 10’ exhibit space) and includes Full Event Registration.

All exhibitor registrations will be processed on a first-paid-in-full, first-assigned basis. Submission of this registration form does not guarantee exhibit space. When all exhibit space is sold, a pre-paid waiting list will be formed. Exhibitors will receive a complimentary electronic registration list of attendees upon request.
